1. Shock Absorber & Strut Replacement
Failed, leaking, or worn shock absorbers and struts replaced with OEM-specification or OEM-equivalent units. Shocks and struts are replaced in pairs per axle — replacing a single unit creates an imbalance between the two sides of the vehicle. Alignment carried out following any strut replacement, as strut position directly affects wheel geometry.
2. Control Arm Replacement
Upper and lower control arms replaced where the arm itself is bent or cracked, or where the integral bushings or ball joint have worn beyond their service limits and are not available as separate components. Control arm replacement has a direct effect on wheel geometry — wheel alignment is mandatory and included after every control arm replacement.

Ball joints connect the control arms to the steering knuckle and allow the wheel to move through its full range of steering and suspension travel.
