About This Service

Professional Automotive
Painting in Dubai.

Car painting at a professional level is one of the most technically demanding services in automotive modification. The quality of the result depends entirely on the preparation, the materials, the environment, and the skill of the person holding the spray gun. None of those four things can be compromised on a Lamborghini, a Rolls Royce, or a Ferrari.

At Kartal Auto, all painting is carried out in our professional spray booth — a climate-controlled, dust-free, temperature-regulated environment that ensures even application, correct flash times, and a factory-level finish. We use professional automotive paints from leading manufacturers — formulated for the specific paint chemistry and clear coat systems used by the luxury brands we work on.

Our painting services cover every scenario — a single panel repair after accident damage, a partial respray to match repaired body panels, a full colour-change respray, or a custom colour that has never appeared on a production vehicle. Every job receives the same standard of preparation and execution regardless of its scope.

What We Do

Car Painting Services
We Offer in Dubai

From a single panel repair to a full custom colour respray — every car painting service available for luxury and exotic vehicles at our Dubai workshop.

1. Single Panel Repair & Repaint

A specific panel repaired — dents removed, scratches corrected, and the panel resprayed in the vehicle's exact factory colour code. Colour-matched using professional spectrophotometer equipment. Feathered blend into adjacent panels where required. Indistinguishable from the surrounding original paintwork.

2. Full Car Respray — Original Colour

The entire vehicle stripped to bare metal or scuffed, prepared, primed, and resprayed in its original factory colour. Carried out when the full vehicle's paint condition requires complete renewal. Every panel painted in our spray booth simultaneously — ensuring consistent colour matching.

3. Custom Colour Respray

A complete colour change — any colour that does not exist in the factory range. RAL, Pantone, or physical sample matched and formulated.
Available in gloss, satin, matte, metallic, and pearl finishes. The most dramatic permanent exterior transformation available — available on any vehicle, any size.

4. Accident Damage Repair & Paint

Panel straightening or replacement, filler work, primer, colour match, and clear coat — a complete accident damage repair and repaint on any panel. All work is carried out to a standard where the repaired panel is visually indistinguishable from the adjacent factory panels under all lighting conditions.

5. Matte & Satin Finish Painting

Professional matte or satin paint application — a flat or semi-flat finish that does not appear in most factory ranges. Matte paint requires specific products and application technique to achieve an even, flat surface without hot spots or inconsistent sheen. Available in any colour in matte or satin finish.

6. Two-Tone & Multi-Colour Paint

Two-tone paint schemes — contrasting roof colour, contrasting lower sections, or racing stripe designs applied by masking and repainting specific zones. Available in any combination of colours and finishes. Precise masking lines with clean, crisp colour breaks that look fully intentional.

7. Rim & Wheel Painting

Alloy wheels stripped, prepared, and resprayed in gloss black, matte black, satin finish, gold, silver, or any custom colour. Full wheel painting including barrel, spokes, and face. High-heat resistant paint used throughout. A significant visual upgrade — and one of the most cost-effective ways to change the character of any vehicle.

8. Paint + Protection Package

Following any painting job, the freshly painted surface is protected with a ceramic coating or PPF application to preserve the new paint and make it easier to maintain. A sensible combination that protects the investment immediately — recommended for any full respray or custom colour job.

Paint Finishes

Types of Automotive Paint
We Apply in Dubai

Different paint types produce dramatically different visual results. Here is a complete breakdown of every paint finish we apply — what it looks like, its key properties, and which vehicles and uses it is best suited for.

Paint Type

What It Looks Like

Key Properties

Best For

Solid Gloss

A single-pigment colour with no metallic flake — a deep, mirror-like gloss that reflects light cleanly from one point. The most classic automotive finish. Strong, unambiguous colour statement. Examples include a deep Ferrari Rosso Corsa red, BMW Alpine White, or a solid gloss black.

Deepest colour saturation · Mirror gloss · Easiest to polish · Classic appearance · Most straightforward to repair and match

Custom colour statements, Colour change resprays, Classic luxury vehicles, Single-panel repairs

Metallic

Aluminium or metallic flakes suspended in the base coat catch and reflect light from multiple angles — creating a multi-dimensional, sparkle effect that changes character in different lighting conditions. The most widely used paint type in the luxury car segment. Available in an enormous range of colours and metallic densities.

Multi-dimensional sparkle · Changes in different light · Wide colour range · Premium factory appearance · Most popular finish globally

Full resprays, Original colour matching, Rolls Royce, Bentley, Mercedes, BMW, Panel repairs on metallic vehicles

Pearl /Tri-Coat

A three-stage paint system — base coat, pearl mid-coat, and clear coat. The mica or pearl particles in the mid-coat create a shifting, iridescent quality that changes colour and depth as you move around the vehicle. Used by Rolls Royce, Bentley, and Mercedes in their top-specification paint options. The most complex paint to mix, apply, and match perfectly.

Shifting iridescent depth · Unique character at each angle · Ultra-premium appearance · Highly distinctive · The most difficult to match

Rolls Royce, Bentley, High-specification luxury vehicles, Premium custom colour requests

Matte

A flat, non-reflective finish achieved using a matte clear coat over the colour base coat. The surface absorbs rather than reflects light — creating a deep, velvety, assertive appearance. Not available through most factory paint programmes. Available in any colour with our tinting system. Requires specific care and maintenance products — no traditional polish.

No reflection · Deep velvety appearance · Very distinctive · Not available factory on most cars · Bold statement · Requires matte care products

Custom colour change, Lamborghini, G-Wagon, BMW M-series, Any vehicle seeking a completely unique finish

Satin

A midpoint between gloss and matte — a subtle, silky sheen with very low reflection but not entirely flat. More forgiving than matte in maintenance terms. Has a refined, sophisticated appearance that reads as premium without the high maintenance of true matte paint. Increasingly popular across Dubai's luxury SUV community.

Elegant subtle sheen · More durable than matte · Sophisticated appearance · Lower maintenance than matte · Suits luxury SUVs and saloons

Range Rover, Mercedes G-Class, Bentley, Porsche Cayenne, Any vehicle requiring an understated premium finish

Colour-Shift / Chameleon

A specialist paint using interference pigment that shifts between two or more colours depending on the viewing angle and light source. A car painted in a chameleon paint can appear purple from the front, green from the side, and gold in direct sun. The rarest and most dramatic paint finish available. Each panel appears to change independently as you move around the vehicle.

Shifts colour by angle · Unique appearance · Impossible to replicate in vinyl · Extremely rare · Maximum visual impact · One-of-a-kind result

Statement vehicles, Show cars, Lamborghini, Ferrari, Any exotic requiring a truly one-of-a-kind finish

HOW IT WORKS

Our Car Painting Process

Professional automotive painting is a multi-stage process. Preparation accounts for the majority of the time — and the quality. Here is every step from assessment to delivery.

Why Choose Us?

Why Dubai's Car Owners Choose Us to Paint Their Cars?

Painting a Rolls Royce or a Lamborghini to a standard that is indistinguishable from or better than the factory is not something any workshop can do. It requires the right environment, the right materials, and the right experience. We have all three.

Professional Spray Booth

Every painting job is done in our temperature-controlled, filtered-air spray booth. No outdoor painting. No workshop overspray.

Spectrophotometer Colour Matching

We use professional electronic colour-matching equipment to formulate exact matches to factory colour codes and existing paint

Any Colour — Any Finish

Gloss, satin, matte, metallic, pearl, chameleon — in any colour from any RAL, Pantone, or physical sample.

Transparent Pricing

Every job is quoted in full before any preparation begins. Panels, primer, materials, and labour — all itemised.

FAQ's

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about car painting in Dubai. Have a specific question about your vehicle? Message us directly.

1. How much does car painting cost in Dubai?
A single panel repair and repaint starts from AED 500. A partial respray of 2 to 4 panels starts from AED 2,500. A full respray in the original factory colour starts from AED 8,000. A custom colour full respray starts from AED 12,000. Exotic vehicle full resprays (Lamborghini, Ferrari, Rolls Royce, Bentley) start from AED 18,000. Wheel painting starts from AED 1,200 for all four. Contact us for a free, vehicle-specific quote.

2. How long does car painting take?
A single panel repair and repaint takes 2 to 4 days. A partial respray takes 4 to 6 days. A full car respray in the original colour takes 7 to 12 days. A custom colour full respray takes 10 to 14 days. Exotic vehicles may take additional time due to the specialist paint systems involved. We give you a confirmed timeline when you book.

3. How long should I wait before washing my car after painting?
We recommend waiting a minimum of 30 days before using any chemical products — shampoos, fallout removers, or polish — on fresh paint. During this period, the paint is fully cured but the clear coat continues to harden and fully cross-link. Light rinsing with water only is acceptable after 7 days. We provide a full aftercare guide covering the first 90 days when we return your vehicle.
4. What is the difference between respray and vinyl wrap?
A respray permanently changes the vehicle's paint colour — it is the actual paint that changes. It is not reversible without another respray. A vinyl wrap applies a colour film over the existing paint — it is completely reversible and can be removed to reveal the original colour. Resprays are better for permanent colour changes, panel repairs, and finishes that vinyl cannot replicate (such as pearlescent tri-coats). Wraps are better for temporary changes, full reversibility, and chrome or colour-shift finishes.
5. Can you match my exact factory paint colour?
Yes. We use a professional spectrophotometer that reads your existing paint colour and formulates an exact mix. We also have access to every manufacturer's colour code database for factory-original matching. For custom colours, we can match any RAL code, Pantone reference, or physical colour sample — including colours that do not exist in any manufacturer's catalogue.
